Processing Time

All orders are made to order and typically ship within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. Pre-orders typically ship within 7-10 business days from the pre-order closing date. During sales, holidays, or peak times, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 3–5 business days after processing
Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Order Issues & Delays

MJ Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier, incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout, or weather-related disruptions. If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. We're happy to assist however we can after that.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. MJ Designs is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Local Pickup

We do not currently offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.
