Refund policy

At MJ Designs, we want you to love every item you receive! If there’s ever an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns

Due to the custom nature of many of our products (especially made-to-order or limited edition items), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if the error is on our part.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Items that arrive damaged
  • Incorrect items received
  • Orders canceled before production/shipping

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  Once your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
